Who you are:

You are an experienced recruiter that is driven, dedicated and well versed in managing the full lifecycle of recruiting. You’re ambitious, hospitable, energetic, organized, detail-oriented, and thrilled about the opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth technology company. You love recruiting, building relationships and solving problems every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process across a variety of teams for our london office
  • Source top talent, oversee the entire interview process and close candidates at all levels
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers across the company to create job descriptions, define roles and determine interview processes to ensure we’re meeting all hiring goals
  • Focus on candidate experience, ensuring all applicants have a seamless interview process
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting & People teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve our recruiting processes and ensure candidate success beyond onboarding
  • Build ongoing pipelines and networks across technical and non-technical roles

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institution
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience either in-house or at an agency/search firm
  • Experience with various sourcing and recruiting tools (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, social media, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills needed to manage a high volume of candidates
  • Outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Strategic thinker with sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast paced work environment with frequent urgent deadlines
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, professional demeanor
