Who You Are

You are an experienced Recruiter with a proven track record. You believe that finding the best people is one of the most important factors in a company’s success. You have sourced, screened, and hired diverse teams across a number of functional areas (e.g., CX, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing, Operations, Product). You know how to find outstanding candidates actively, as well as find the best candidates from inbound applications. You have experience using Greenhouse and can help create processes to make recruiting and onboarding more effective and efficient. You have a “can do” attitude and are excited to have an outsized impact at a lean and fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Directly source top-tier talent across all relevant business functions
  • Leverage industry-standard tools and systems (e.g., Greenhouse) to streamline recruitment and establish a central source for candidate assessment and communications
  • Coordinate with relevant business stakeholders to ensure thorough vetting of candidates
  • Review applications and design systems to filter out candidates who don’t meet requirements
  • Conduct screening calls with applicants to ensure fit and level of interest
  • Solicit feedback from candidates and employees to constantly improve our recruiting process
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager 
  • This role will report directly to the Associate Director of People & Talent

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Familiarity using an applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse)
  • Experience working with relevant sourcing tools and job boards 
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, DTC, and startup landscape
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to articulate the story and mission of Spot & Tango to applicants
  • Experience screening applicants and conducting screening calls to explain the business to candidates and understand their fit and level of interest

This is a hybrid position.

You must be able to commute into our office in Midtown Manhattan Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
