About Us

Dorsia is at the forefront of hospitality-tech innovation, redefining how the world gains access to the most in-demand restaurants, events, and experiences. By fusing cutting-edge technology with the art of luxury hospitality, we empower our members to secure impossible-to-get reservations while providing operators with unprecedented levels of control, visibility, and revenue optimization.

As a fast-growing startup backed by over $50M from top-tier investors including Index Ventures, along with strategic industry partners such as Major Food Group (Carbone, Torissi, etc.), Groot Hospitality (Casadonna, Papi Steak, etc.), and Gracious Hospitality (COTE, Coqodaq, etc.), we are rapidly expanding our footprint and reshaping the global hospitality landscape with proven expertise. We’re adding exceptional talent to drive our next phase of growth, and that’s where you come in.

About the Role

At Dorsia, hiring is a craft, and we're bringing on an in-house Recruiter to curate the next wave of talent powering our growth. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, building clear and efficient hiring processes that support both near-term needs and long-term goals.

You’ll work directly with hiring managers as a trusted advisor—helping define roles, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and make thoughtful hiring decisions. This is a highly collaborative role with real ownership, focused on delivering a strong candidate experience while ensuring we hire people who will thrive at Dorsia and make a meaningful impact.

As the company scales, you’ll also help refine our recruiting practices through data, feedback, and process improvements, playing a meaningful role in shaping how teams are built and how our culture grows.

What You’ll Own
  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting across departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to build job descriptions, score cards, define search strategies, and guide structured, inclusive interview processes
  • Conduct screening calls, deep-dive interviews, and manage candidate pipelines with intention and care
  • Design and iterate on tools, templates, and workflows that scale hiring with clarity and efficiency
  • Build a diverse and engaged candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, creative outreach, and brand storytelling
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics and translate data into insights that optimize pass-through rates and reduce time-to-fill
  • Champion a consistent, high-touch candidate experience that reflects our values and aesthetic
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of People and cross-functional teams on projects tied to org design, and internal mobility
  • Infuse every stage of the hiring process with thoughtful communication and brand alignment
  • Create and own our employee branding for our website, job boards, Linkedin, Handshake etc.
What You Bring
  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth, tech-enabled environments (in-house or blended with agency experience)
  • Know how to lead a structured hiring process that reduces bias and supports fair, calibrated decision-making
  • Are energized by building teams and have a sharp eye for talent fit—not just skill sets
  • Are both strategic and scrappy: equally comfortable advising the CEO on market trends and running outbound sourcing campaigns in a pinch
  • Bring a data-informed approach to hiring and use insights to guide process improvements
  • Communicate clearly, thoughtfully, and efficiently—in writing, on calls, and in systems
  • Understand the value of curating a world-class candidate experience as a reflection of the brand
  • Navigate ambiguity with ease and take initiative without waiting for permission
  • Are endlessly curious, always iterating, and motivated by excellence—not ego
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary tailored to your experience and the market
  • Equity
  • Flexible PTO
  • Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and FSA
  • 401(k)
  • In-office lunch three times a week
  • Employee dining credits
  • Strong mentorship and opportunities for career development
  • Access to One Medical membership, Teladoc, Talkspace, Kindbody

Our Core Values

Lead with hospitality. We respect the craft and precision that are intrinsic to the hospitality industry. We are a team diverse in background and thought, built to be the connective tissue between artists, chefs, diners, and members.

Mise en place. We are persistent in preparation, prioritization, and focus to anticipate our customers’ needs to create a powerful platform rooted in simplicity and elegance. And we know that details matter, which is why superior design is crucial to our brand ethos. Thoughtful design is baked into everything we do—our product, brand, creative, culture, and beyond.

Go around the table—then commit. We know creativity takes feedback and iteration, and differing opinions can lead to healthy debate. While we encourage all voices to speak up and be heard, we are geared toward action and unify around the decision once it's made. Sometimes an individual idea or project may not be what’s best for the company, so don’t be afraid to kill your darlings.

Our product is our signature dish. We are a product and marketing-led organization. Protecting our brand and vision needs to be top-of-mind with every move we make.

Optimize turn times. We are creating beautifully-designed, tech-forward solutions to automate all sides of our business: for members, restaurants, and employees. And we’re laying a data-rich foundation to enable all stakeholders to make better decisions and enjoy the finer things in life.

Savor it. We eat slowly and celebrate the wins we share with those around the table. We’re in this for the long-haul, so enjoy the ride.

Stay hungry. We can change the world or someone else will. We believe in a sense of urgency to keep pushing toward our goals. And there’s always room for dessert, because there’s always more to do.
