Recruiting Coordinator
Meetup's Employee Experience team is dedicated to creating an environment where people can thrive, from the time they apply, to their first interview, to their first day and all throughout their entire Meetup career. Our top notch recruiting team is looking for an organized, energetic coordinator who will help create a powerful experience for the next Meetup team members.
The Recruiting Coordinator partners closely with the recruiters and hiring managers to create and organize a candidate experience. You should be comfortable managing a high volume of candidates, and will be responsible for coordinating a seamless interview process from start to finish.
We'll trust you to:
- Manage and schedule a high candidate volume in a timely manner
- Schedule interviews, communicate interview details and host candidate visits
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and be available to them when needed
- Assist in maintaining updated candidate information and feedback in applicant tracking system
- Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Effectively manage simultaneous projects and prioritize tasks
- Coordinate, book, and manage candidate travel such as flights, hotels, expenses, etc.
You'll need to have:
- 1-3 years experience in an administrative or customer facing role
- A demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service
- Excellent organizational skills
- A level head and can-do attitude in the face of constant change and possible last minute hiccups
- Close attention to detail
- A passion for curating a welcoming environment for internal and external customers
- Top-notch interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility with working hours as needed
