- What's our average time-to-close across various customer segments and can we speed that up? What's the conversion rate of our marketing channels? How long is our typical onboarding period and time-to-value? What does retention and churn look like for various cohorts? Are we seeing spikes for certain churn reasons?
What You'll Do
As a RevOps Analyst, you'll work directly with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, automate reporting, and inform go-to-market strategy with data. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role perfect for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast and learn how revenue teams scale.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations that drive decision-making across revenue teams.
- Analyzing funnel metrics, pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer retention trends.
- Collaborating with GTM leaders to improve forecasting, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Turning open-ended questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations.
- Owning Salesforce and HubSpot data structures to ensure clean, consistent reporting.
Example Projects You Might Work On
- Analyzing channel-level conversion rates to optimize spend.
- Identifying trends in onboarding duration and time-to-value.
- Highlighting key drivers of churn and retention by cohort.
What We're Looking For
You don't need a traditional background in RevOps-we're looking for smart, curious people who can solve problems with data.
Ideal candidates have:
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics, operations, or business roles
- Passion for go-to-market strategy, growth, and helping teams scale.
- Proficiency with Excel and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Sisense, or Sigma.
- Strong communication skills-you can explain complex topics simply.
- A bias for action-you take initiative, ask good questions, and follow through.
Bonus Points For:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/marketing tools.
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and business models.
