About the role:

Collective is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize pipeline management, data analytics and lead enrichment, and revenue operations across our sales teams. This role will partner closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to help drive our growth forward. This is the first hire focused solely on this effort and will play a critical role of shaping the roadmap of our sales motion moving forward.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Drive analysis, optimization and implementation of workflow across BDR and AE teams: build cadences, analyze their effectiveness, and iterate.
  • Lead workflow management and lead enrichment operations (think: Clay, etc.) to help drive improved lead quality to our sales team
  • Understand our customers, consideration and sales timelines and optimize our outreach and efforts.
  • Analyze how our reps are spending their time, what’s working, and what we’re missing: Email vs. phone touchpoints, which leads convert at what clip and where we should prioritize lead flows
  • Learn to sell alongside our team: run the pipeline, understand day-to-day conversions, optimize our workflows via hypothesis-driven testing.

🙌 We love to see:

  • 5+ Years of GTM Strategy and Revenue Operations Roles
  • Salesforce and HVS expertise
  • Strong understanding of lead enrichment (clay)
  • Understanding of Calendly + Chili Piper
  • A proven track record of improving processes across BDR and AE workflows
  • Strong skills in SQL and data analytics
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, Excel and other relevant software technologies.

Why work with us:

  • Collective is the first online back office platform designed for Businesses-of-One.
  • Tax is a very challenging space and you will grow fast.
  • We were backed by top tier VCs.
  • We promote open and transparent culture within the company.
  • We’re fast-paced and you learn every day.

What we offer in return

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $150,000 USD annual base salary

The salary ranges for the roles are posted for your convenience and review. Please understand that if an offer is presented, the offer compensation package will be based on the relevant position related skills a candidate demonstrates during our formal interview process.

  • A remote first environment.

  • Stock options package
  • 14 company holidays +  flexible PTO
  • 401K
  • Employer paid Health, Vision and Dental Insurance
    • 100% coverage for employees
    • 75% coverage for dependents
    • up to $5,000 for out of state travel expenses, if needed
  • Mac laptop + $750 Home office stipend
  • Paid parental leave
  • Team events and virtual gatherings
  • $600 wellness bonus
