Traba is looking for a technical and analytical Revenue Operations leader to own the infrastructure, insights, and processes that power our entire go-to-market engine. You’ll work directly with our Head of Revenue & Demand Generation to drive impact across marketing, sales, and post-sales—unifying data, streamlining systems, and uncovering insights that drive growth.
This is a hands-on role: you’ll dive into SQL, build dashboards, and own the source of truth for revenue analytics. You’ll handle everything from quota-setting and commission modeling to customer segmentation, retention analysis, and GTM funnel health reporting. You must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves with data and clearly communicating insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
You’ll collaborate with finance, product, operations, and GTM leaders to optimize retention, expansion, and sales efficiency. This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity to build a foundation for how Traba scales.
