As our Sales Director, you will lead our sales team and have a direct impact on our overall strategy.
What you'll do:
- Develop high-level relationships with clients to help the team succeed
- Motivate, mentor, and inspire the team through weekly 1:1s and individual growth plans
- Identify, attract, and retain strong talent and help build a high-performing team of hunters
- Manage a complex sales cycle and build scalable, data-driven processes
- Evaluate team structure and compensation and track the team’s day-to-day performance
- Collaborate with other teams to present the most effective value proposition
- Lead on-site meetings and presentations with prospective companies
About you:
- You have at least 5+ years in management and enjoy scaling teams
- You understand complex sales cycles and have a demonstrable track record of excellence and specific wins/success to point to (preferably in the SaaS space)
- You have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work exp.)
- You lead by example and inspire a high-performing culture
- You can build strategic, long-term partnerships through creative approaches
- You don’t mind traveling as needed to in-person prospect meetings
