The MissionAs a Sales Lead, you relentlessly source, negotiate, and close enterprise deals, building strong relationships with our partners along the way. You pitch, tour and close sales in all Alfred markets and are responsible for bringing a novel product to the customers that need it. What You’re Like

What You’ll Do

  • Source, prospect, and manage new leads, prioritizing the ones with highest potential
  • Design, orchestrate and pitch compelling sales presentations with key prospects, positioning our product as a must-have
  • Execute expansion strategy that builds on the company’s existing customer base and strong residential real estate footprint
  • Manage the sales pipeline and funnel, providing ongoing transparency on the status of all opportunities and new acquisitions in the pipeline to management team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting partnerships with property developers
  • Forecast sales and acquisition costs in collaboration with the management team
  • Collaborate with Product team to consistently improve and expand our offering to property developers
  • Identify opportunities and market shifts stabilizing our products’ capabilities and relevant competition through industry networking events and tradeshows

 What Else You’ll Need

  • Sales experience, ideally in a startup or growth environment, SaaS or real estate experience is a plus
  • Experience selling innovative products and service and standardization from design strategy through execution
  • Proficiency in SalesForce

Two blocks up from Battery Park, Alfred is no more than a ten-minute walk to water south, east, and west. Our office is easy to get to with many subway lines, ferries, and the PATH within a short walk.
