The job
As the Sales Manager of the CPA Channel you are a natural leader who knows how to motivate and maintain a high performing team while being positive and enthusiastic. You have a strong track record of exceeding results and iterating to improve. It truly excites you to grow a business and solve real problems
What you'll do
- Coach, mentor and develop others to sell into accountants
- Build a business plan and go to market plan for selling through CPAs
- Establish a viable sales channel through accountants that drives significant revenue
- Opportunity to build a new business vertical within the company
- Work closely with VP of Sales and Dir of Sales to ensure metrics are aligned with annual operating plan
- Drive a significant portion of the company’s revenue
- Work closely with Marketing to establish Justworks as a resource to the accounting community
Who you are
- Strong network within the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) community
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Experience selling through CPAs
- Past experience building a book of business and referral channels
- Track record of building strong relationship with business brokers, influencers
- 5+ years of sales closing experience
- Previously managed others (preferred)
- Track record of achieving and surpassing expectations
- You enjoy high growth environments where change is frequent
- Leadership and building comes naturally to you
