SOLATO is a fast-growing food tech startup that is disrupting the gelato-making industry. We are looking for a passionate sales professional to join our team. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of this fast-growing company.

This is a full-time hybrid role; 3 days of on-site time expected per week in our SoHo office. Domestic travel required up to 20% of the time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Generate sales through face-to-face, cold calling, and B2B contact with prospects and existing customers. Our clients include, but are not limited to, large-scale tech companies, corporate offices, airport lounges, high-end hotels, country clubs, hospitals, event venues, restaurants, and cafes.
  • Work within a defined geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and Solato lovers.
  • Use existing data to find high prospect clients and close sales.
  • Earn referral business by networking with existing and soon-to-be clients, and forging partnerships in-person and over the phone with key decision makers at all levels.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to build strategic sales plans by account.
  • Complete administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports & keeping sales record.

BACKGROUND:

· Bachelor's degree

· 4+ years in outside sales experience

· Strong computer skills with MS Suite (Excel) and CRM/Monday.com

· A gelato lover!

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 base annually + uncapped, generous commission structure. We take a number of factors into account when determining compensation including your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
