SiO Beauty is an exciting new anti-wrinkle skincare line that leverages medical grade silicone, an ingredient that has been used by doctors for burns and scars for more than 30 years. Launched in July 2016, SiO started with a proprietary skincare patch that focused on the decollette.  We added new products for the face in July 2017, which immediately more than doubled sales, subscribers and influencer buzz.  We focus on direct to consumer marketing using top of the curve digital, marketing and conversion strategies.   

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, organized, entrepreneurially minded Sales & Operations Coordinator, to support the company by growing our distribution channels and liasing between home office and the fulfillment and manufacturing teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in data and sales to be involved in the expansion of a young high growth brand.

SiO is housed within Loeb.nyc, a venture lab founded by Loeb Enterprises, so you will work in a shared open space environment with a number of other dynamic, leading edge start ups. As the Sales & Operations Coordinator you will also help support the team in almost all aspects of the business, including finance, digital and print marketing, social media, market research, product development, branding and creative development.

 

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • SALES:
    • Analyze sales data and provide recommendations for growth, as well as reporting for the team
    • Identify, establish, cultivate and manage new online and offline distribution channels for Sio
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing distribution partners
    • Represent and promote the brand at tradeshows and events
  • OPERATIONS:
    • Forecast and manage product inventory
    • Serve as the point person between logistics, fulfillment and manufacturing teams
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE:
    • Establish customer service best practices and frequently asked questions database
    • Run point for customer service queries from the call center or community manager
    • Manage call center relationship including reporting, analysis, training, etc.
  • MISC:
    • Input data for financial statements and other related finance documents
    • Work with Sio team to help grow the Sio brand and product assortment
    • Assist in various office and administrative tasks
    • Create presentations to be used for internal and external purposes

 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Excellence in Excel
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Google Drive
  • Robust analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude who can take a project and run with it
  • A motivated, curious, friendly demeanor with a team player mentality
  • A no task is too small attitude
  • Demonstrated interest in the beauty/consumer goods industry
  • Ability to work in a fast paced technologically evolving environment
