Account Coordinator

Within this role you will:
Learn and thoroughly understand Fluent’s business model and objectives, including our array of product offerings, but specializing in our performance content sites. Learning will be effectively applied through internal and external interactions
External
Client Facing
- Support day‐to‐day client interactions and support Account Management in the cross‐selling and up-selling of existing advertisers
- Assist with on-boarding of advertisers - facilitate the pre‐launch process by gathering relevant information from clients and working with internal teams to ensure a successful and efficient launch
- Understand Key Performance Indicators for each client - Perform a daily performance analysis to track and monitor campaigns, and ensure goals are being met
- Participate in campaign strategy sessions
- Identify areas for growth within accounts
- Update shared client reports
Internal
Operations
- Work with AdOps on onboarding and set up of campaigns
- Process pay changes within internal tracking platform
- Test mobile campaigns and troubleshoot tracking integration issues
- Finalize client ad spend within internal billing platform on a monthly basis
Optimization
- Produce reports on client quality and feedback to enable decision making on campaign strategy
Process Development
- Conduct workflow analysis to provide meaningful feedback to leadership
- Support team lead in developing process that facilitates day to day operations
Requirements
- Has analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Communicates findings eloquently and effectively
- Wears multiple hats and embodies a self-starter attitude
- Expresses curiosity and flexibility for adapting and adjusting to strategies in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys cultivating positive relationships and possesses a natural ability to communicate well with others
- Familiarity the performance marketing ecosystem, including familiarity with third-party ad servers is a plus
- Comfortable engaging with clients and C-level executives
- Communicates effectively through written and verbal methods
- Exceptionally organized, meets deadlines, and able to multi-task
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of general marketing/advertising concepts and methods
- 1‐2 years of professional experience at a media, content, tech or digital marketing company, within a client facing role preferred
- BA/BS degree
