Account Coordinator

Within this role you will:
- Learn and thoroughly understand Fluent’s business model and objectives, including our array of product offerings, but specializing in our performance advertising inventory. Learning will be effectively applied through internal and external interactions.
- Develop a strong understanding of mobile app, gaming, and subscription streaming service industries, to support multi-million-dollar book of business
- Assist with constant onboarding of advertisers - facilitate the pre‐launch process by gathering relevant information from clients and working with internal teams to ensure a successful and efficient launch
- Gain an understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each client
- Monitor client and internal reporting platforms to identify and report on trends
- Produce and analyze data to enable decision-making on strategic areas for account and campaign growth
- Support day‐to‐day client interactions by preparing and presenting agenda items and data analysis
- Support account management in the cross‐selling and up-selling of existing advertisers
- Process pay rate and budget changes within internal tracking platform
- Test and troubleshoot campaign tracking integrations – Build strong understanding of internal and third-party ad tracking platforms and integrations
- Work with clients to finalize ad spend within billing platform to generate monthly invoices
- Maintain account and campaign status documents, in preparation for team meetings with internal leadership
Requirements
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically to produce meaningful outcomes
- Wears multiple hats and embodies a self-starter attitude
- Enjoys cultivating positive relationships and possesses a natural ability to communicate well with others
- Strong writing skills
- Comfortable engaging with clients at all levels, including C-level executives
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, meets deadlines, strong able to multi-task
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of general marketing/advertising concepts and methods
- Familiarity with the performance marketing ecosystem, including familiarity with third-party ad servers is a plus
- 1‐2 years of professional experience at a media, advertising, content, tech or digital marketing company, within a client-facing role preferred
- BA/BS degree
