We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Account Coordinator to support our Customer Success team in providing the best possible service to our customers. This is an entry-level position and an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground-floor of a fast-growing startup serving the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Success team in daily tasks
• Update Salesforce regularly
• Assist team to ensure projects for quarterly goals are hitting set deadlines
• Coordinate and send weekly marketing outreach on customers’ behalf to their guests
• Become an expert on the BentoBox platform; making updates and performing quality assurance
• Pull usage reporting and insights for team
• Manage special projects as needed
• Uphold BentoBox’s core mission, vision, and values

Skills and Attributes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who is always looking to add value and learn 
• Takes ownership and initiative to solve problems
• Interested in helping restaurant owners use technology more effectively
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Basic understanding of how websites are built and not afraid to get technical
