Account Executive - Corporate Partnerships
We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales executive who will be responsible for developing and managing the growth of HealthKick’s US business. They are a strategic thinker who is skilled and invigorated by developing and implementing sales processes and troubleshooting new strategies. They are a “challenger” willing to enlighten the market, and a team player who has the ability to respond effectively and adjust strategy in any situation.
Responsibilities
- Creatively prospect sales leads and nurture relationships into business opportunities
- Build and grow a high quality sales pipeline
- Effectively manage sales pipeline from discovery call to close, involving multiple stakeholders through a highly consultative sales process
- Develop accurate forecasts, and meet and exceed annual targets
- Continually connect and build relationships with HR executives and decision makers to support HealthKick's growth efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and client success teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry news through research, attending events and connecting with customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
-5-7+ years B2B / Enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Familiarity selling HR tech SaaS (especially digital health / benefits solutions) to enterprise customers
- Able to communicate with clarity and concision
- Team player first and foremost
- Comfortable speaking with anyone, energized by meeting new people
- Strong work ethic: hungry to close deals and make things happen
- Self-directed: able to operate effectively with limited guidance or supervision, bring ideas to the table, and execute on them
- Highly organized: skilled at setting milestones/deadlines and sticking to them; ability to develop and iterate processes for continual improvement
