The Role:

Simplifeye is partnered with the largest dental supplier in the United States, Henry Schein, who is responsible for 95% of the dental market. Henry Schein has over 1,200 dental consultants who manage all dental field sales activities; they are required to do regular consultative visits with every account in a designated territory to ensure the production of merchandise, equipment, and technology sales. Our partnership allows us to showcase Simplifeye’s suite of products during these consultative visits.

The Partner Sales AE role is a unique hybrid of transactional and consultative sales. As a partner rep, you will be cultivating relationships with Henry Schein Reps to build an inbound funnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Discover new opportunities with doctors from your relationships with Henry Schein Reps, leading the conversation to establish a need, showing value, and closing the deal.
  • Relationships: Ability to build good working relationships with all kinds of people. You will be working closely with the Henry Schein team, billion dollar partners, and our co-founder. You will be seen as apart of the face of our company.
  • New Strategic Relationships: Market research keeps us on top of competition; you will help test new products, seek new partnerships, resellers, enterprise opportunities and services.
  • Travel: Once a month you will have the unique opportunity and developmental advantage to attend dental conferences, business development meetings, and co-travel with Henry Schein reps.

About You:

  • You are a natural extrovert and are able to connect professionally and personally right away.
  • You are an excellent communicator with professional phone skills.
  • You are coachable, flexible and self-motivated. You can hit the ground running, and your drive to succeed is off the charts!
  • Thinking on your feet isn't just something you're good at, it's something you love. When faced with new challenges, failure simply isn't an option.
  • You have always loved traveling and would love to travel for your job!
  • You have probably come across roles that tout "excellent compensation", "great earning potential" and "uncapped commission"; (we have this too) BUT you are really looking to have an impact on a company and that is what sets the Simplifeye Partner Team apart from everyone else!

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of inbound or transactional sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be comfortable communicating issues in a public forum
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at once

We are in the middle of it all! Some of the best restaurants in NYC are a few short blocks away. The 4,5,6,J,Z,F,D,N,Q,W,R trains are all close by!
