We are seeking an entrepreneurial, accomplished, and highly self-motivated Account Executive professional with a great deal of success selling and closing deals to generate new revenue within a variety of sectors across consumer verticals including loans, insurance, credit cards, mortgage, banking, and more. In this role, you will profile and develop relationships with key decision-makers to build and manage a pipeline of deals to deliver revenue and platform growth to Even Financial. The right candidate must be resourceful, bright, proactive, and passionate, and work well both independently and as a part of a team. 

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Own a sales pipeline with quota responsibility; organize and track prospects and opportunities within Sales Force and execute a high velocity sales process from initial outreach to close
  • Research, identify and generate new opportunities on a weekly basis via a multi-channel outreach strategy encompassing phone, social media, email, Linkedin etc
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline which is consistently communicated to Sales leadership
  • Strategically build and navigate your book to close new business and grow existing accounts
  • Achieve quarterly quota assignments and forecast sales activity accurately
  • Seamlessly communicate EVEN Financial’s value proposition in a sale to prospective partners ranging from individual contributors to VP & C-Suite executives
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative relationship with the prospect by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client and positioning Even’s solutions to meet these needs
  • Comfortably navigate competing agendas and multiple decision-makers in complex organizations
  • Prepare written presentations, reports, and pricing proposals

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional sales experience, preferably within enterprise technology having sold technical products (fintech, ad tech, and/or other complex enterprise sectors preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and consistently exceeding quarterly quotas
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle from lead to close for mid-size to large enterprise organizations
  • Understanding complex technical requirements and positioning solutions to meet pain points
  • Developing and executing account plans spanning multiple business units across a complex organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of a prospect organization (C-Suite to individual contributor)
  • Demonstrates domain knowledge expertise in target categories, with knowledge of prospect business operations and the ability to build realistic sizing/pricing models as needed that reflect potential business opportunity
  • Highly driven and passionate about generating new revenue while operating in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mentality and winning attitude 
  • Strong interest in technology and a deep understanding of the space
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skills required
