Riskified is the world's leading eCommerce fraud-prevention solution trusted by global enterprise merchants – from luxury fashion houses to gift cards and ticket marketplaces. We help brands increase revenue, manage risk and improve their customer interactions.
Riskified’s Growth team plays a key role in defining and executing the company’s expansion strategy. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly intelligent individual to join our team as a Sales Team Leader: a role that combines leadership, coaching, mentoring, and B2B sales experience.In this position, you will coach and help your team acquire potential clients, and drive adoption of Riskified’s solution. You will continuously examine and strive to improve Riskified’s sales process, people, and tools, while delivering the highest value to our customers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Mentor and train each person on your team individually and according to their specific needs to help them reach their goals.
- Support your team through all stages of the customer buying cycle
- Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
- Work together with the BD Team to create opportunities and later customers for Riskified.Provide strategic insight and planning as Riskified continues to expand
- Develop a deep understanding of the fraud and payments industry and build relationships with key players in the space
- Deliver the expected sales goals while being able to communicate current status
WHAT WOULD SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4+ years of post-grad experience managing Enterprise B2B sales teams
- Experience in building sales teams - advantage
- Experience in SAAS companies - advantage
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills and strong communicator
- Problem-solver, resourceful, someone who thrives off of autonomy
- Willingness to step up to greater responsibility, strong desire to contribute to overall goals
- Successful track record of B2B SaaS enterprise sales in a fast-paced environment - Big advantage
