Account Executive

Account Executive
Alma is seeking a mission-driven, determined Account Executive who is passionate about supporting providers and making mental healthcare more accessible. The ideal candidate will be organized, data-driven, and hold a proven track record in sales. As Alma’s Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing our community of providers, and identifying and implementing strategic improvements to the current sales process.
What you’ll do:
- Own the "bottom of the funnel" responsibilities within our growth team by taking demos and sales calls with prospective clients
- Establish and maintain high quality prospect relationships and secure contracts with new customers
- Collaborate with our Director of Sales to develop or modify sales strategy, sales forecasting, and funnel optimization
- Collaborate with our SDR team to implement strategy top of funnel to generate meetings and interest in Alma's growing provider network
- Use Salesforce to keep track of provider leads; create reports to share pipeline health and prospect feedback
- Use Salesloft as an engagement tool to continue the conversation after having a demo
- Serve as the voice of the provider and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams
Who you are:
- You have 2+ years of full cycle sales experience and generating revenue
- You are eager to collaborate within a growing team to continuously improve and streamline sales processes
- You are highly organized, data-driven, and able to effectively multitask priorities
- You are a team player who values feedback and continuous improvement
- You have excellent communication skills and have a customer-first attitude
- You are autonomous and have a bias towards meaningful action and investigation
- You are passionate about Alma's mission and the future of mental health care
