The Role

RocketReach is in a period of rapid growth and we are looking for an Account Executive who will join as one of the first salespeople on the RocketReach team! You will be an integral part of building out processes and strategy for the enterprise sales side of the organization. The addressable market for this role is huge, and the right salesperson will be able to dive in, execute, and create structure in a quickly growing sales environment.

  • Effectively distill and deliver the RocketReach value proposition, demonstrating RocketReach’s product, integrations, and features via product demonstrations
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if RocketReach can be a strategic investment for their business’ growth
  • Overcome concerns and both business and technical roadblocks
  • Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Help shape the quickly growing team, define processes used for efficient sales, and potentially take a leadership role within the Sales organization as opportunities arise

We are Looking For People Who

  • Ideally have 3-5 years of B2B Enterprise SaaS experience
  • Strong skills across Salesforce, Outreach, and Google Workspace
  • Technology savvy and prior experience with a technical sell
  • A consultative sell is an innate skill of yours 
  • A top producer in your current role, and want quantifiable sales goals on a quarterly basis
  • Are excited to be a part of and have an impact on a rapidly growing, profitable startup
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, and product to introduce and educate clients on new enhancements to RocketReach's platform
