Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive key Account Executive outcomes, including quota attainment (on target or above), by illuminating pain points and prescribing consultative solutions
  • ​​Cater sales style to align with buyer type, tailor demonstrations to opportunities, and set next steps on every call with the buyer
  • Provide an exceptional first impression of our company, product, and mission
  • Become an expert in anything and everything ‘Purchase 2 Payment’ & Negotiatus
  • Set high-level strategic direction with the Onboarding and Account Management team to set strong expectations for customers
  • Split activities between cold calls, emails, and social prospecting using personalized messaging to target prospects within our ideal customer profile
     

Qualifications

  • You have 2+ years of experience selling SaaS, in a startup environment, and managing pipelines in CRMs (Outreach, Gong, and Salesforce preferred)
  • You are located in the NYC area and are open to coming into the office in a hybrid work model
  • You thrive on prospecting and closing new business (this role is supported by SDRs and Marketing, but you still need some hustle in you!)
  • You are able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • You approach your work with resilience and an agile mindset 
  • You are a team player who values and contributes to a diverse & inclusive workplace 
  • You are a self-starter with a competitive nature and desire to grow a career in sales
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills - you can connect with decision makers at all levels of an organization. You are extremely personable and coachable, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • You have experience with a highly consultative, short sale cycle (30-45 days), with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • You have a track record of high performance in:
    • Driving subscription revenue by successfully managing a pipeline of prospects from discovery to close
    • Conducting account based research while coordinating with Sales Development to qualify, discover challenges and align capabilities with key prospects
    • Navigating internal evaluation steps amongst multiple buyer personas
    • Handling objections and combat prospect problems with consultative solutions
  • And, of course, you love a good challenge!
