About The Role: This is a high-intensity, full funnel sales role at a startup. As an early-stage employee, you will be working closely with the founders, sales, marketing, and customer success. Within Hive you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process from cold-calling to closing deals. The ideal candidate is passionate, intellectually curious, consultative, and has a true hunter mindset to close new business and break into new accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for clients, pitch new business and generate sales
- Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Create long-lasting relationships with clients.
-Work alongside other account executives to close deals.
Key qualifications:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B software sales
Record of meeting and exceeding quota (consistent top 10% performer)
Demonstrated consultative sales approach with focus on building relationships with client
Closed complex sales cycles in competitive markets
Team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams
Strong communicator who is highly organized with strong attention to detail
Startup experience a bonus
