The Role:

As an Account Executive, you will diagnose hiring challenges and engage our recruiters to help them come up with the best solution. You will also constantly source for new hiring opportunities from a variety of companies spanning Entertainment, Media, Tech, Education, Sports, Fashion, and similar industries.

In This Role You Will:

  • Help hiring managers fill their teams with some of the best talent in NYC
  • Actively listen and uncover our clients' biggest challenges when it comes to hiring
  • Use various sourcing methods (Bullhorn CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and referrals) to identify the hiring managers that we can help
  • Attend networking events to further your reach within our industry
  • Collaborate with our recruiters to solve clients' staffing challenges
  • Keep up on creative industry news, innovations, and staffing trends

You’ll be successful in this role if:

  • You have 2-3+ years of previous client-facing experience
  • You possess a deep understanding of the creative, digital, and marketing space
  • You have full sales cycle experience
  • You are strategic and know where to find new business
  • You are a people person (So you’ll always have a healthy pipeline of opportunities and job orders!)
  • You have effective relationship management and development skills, as they will play a big role in your ability to thrive
  • You have proven success in closing revenue-driving opportunities
  • You are a team player
  • You enjoy partnering with your team of recruiters
  • Your strong communication skills include active listening and the ability to relay important information clearly
  • You will hustle to exceed your monthly and quarterly goals
  • You will leverage our technology ecosystem including Bullhorn CRM, Hubspot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to grow your book of business
  • You love to entertain - you’ll love taking your clients out for lunches, drinks, events, etc.
  • You are a problem solver, relationship builder, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You have curiosity and a thirst for learning how to work smarter versus harder
  • You have integrity, empathy, and tact
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, tight-knit office
