Job Description

Our growing company is seeking an experienced NYC-based Account Executive who has 1-3 years of prospecting and closing experience who wants to focus on working with Enterprise size companies. To be considered, you will have a track record of success managing deal cycles involving excellent prospecting, organizational skills, and a passion to win. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, has sold technical solutions, and can creatively consult with prospects and clients. This is our first Account Executive hire thus providing you an opportunity to influence the role, responsibilities, and future growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting - calling and emailing executives at senior levels
  • Uncovering prospect purchasing criteria including use cases, purchase timeframes, next steps
  • Understanding prospects needs and effectively communicating how Fraud.net will meet them
  • Prioritizing opportunities and applying appropriate resources
  • Closing and managing land-and-expand deals in the Enterprise segment
  • Travel to prospects for meetings – up to 25% in a given month 
  • Rapidly learning the Fraud.net model, and solution selling/client-centric sales method
  • Use Hubspot to manage inbound leads, account organization, & opportunity management 
  • Ensuring satisfaction with all prospects and clients

 Skills And Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience including 1-3+ years of closing experience in software sales
  • Prospecting for new clients via both phone calls and emails
  • Qualifying leads generated by marketing which includes content and demo requests
  • Demonstrate and articulate the value proposition to prospective clients
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills
  • Proven ability to quickly gain trust with internal & external senior leadership
  • Curiosity about how Enterprises operate and interest in solving business problems 
  • Become an expert in the field of Fraud Prevention software
  • Have a great time in a hard-working yet casual and fun start-up environment
  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience)
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
  • Proficient in G Suite, specifically Sheets, and Slides
