Account Executive
We're looking for dynamic, high performing Account Executives with 5+ years consultative B2B enterprise sales experience. Candidates must have a demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas, love hunting new business, and be passionate about gender equality. Your responsibilites:
Exceed your monthly quota.
Build and develop a geographic territory comprised of enterprise companies with > 1,000 employees.
Act as a highly consultative advisor to buyers in talent acquisition and employer brand roles.
Skillfully deliver persuasive and professional pitches and presentations.
Qualify, build, and nurture a robust pipeline of revenue.
Maintain a high weekly volume of pitches and customer touchpoints.
Collect feedback from prospects, and use it to help influence product development and future selling opportunities.

Requirements:
You are independent, self-directed and have high standards.
You have 5+ years consultative B2B enterprise sales experience, with extensive prior training in sales fundamentals
You are a highly consultative seller, and an active listener.
You are passionate about gender equality and making the workplace more inclusive.
