We're looking for dynamic, high performing Account Executives with 5+ years consultative B2B enterprise sales experience.  Candidates must have a demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas, love hunting new business, and be passionate about gender equality. We pay competitively, and offer great benefits, equity and unlimited PTO.

Your responsibilites:

  • Exceed your monthly quota. 

  • Build and develop a geographic territory comprised of enterprise companies with > 1,000 employees.

  • Act as a highly consultative advisor to buyers in talent acquisition and employer brand roles.

  • Skillfully deliver persuasive and professional pitches and presentations.

  • Qualify, build, and nurture a robust pipeline of revenue.  

  • Maintain a high weekly volume of pitches and customer touchpoints. 

  • Collect feedback from prospects, and use it to help influence product development and future selling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • You are independent, self-directed and have high standards. 

  • You have 5+ years consultative B2B enterprise sales experience, with extensive prior training in sales fundamentals

  • You are a highly consultative seller, and an active listener. 

  • You are passionate about gender equality and making the workplace more inclusive. 

  • You are flexible, work well with others, and can contribute to the Fairygodboss team and mission.
