Description:

As an Account Executive at Brand Networks, you will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth by developing new business at agency partners and brands directly. Through a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach, you will develop keen insight into your client’s businesses, and help them meet their marketing objectives by leveraging Brand Networks services and products.

Success In This Role Means:

  • Successfully influences target customers and agencies to choose Brand Networks as their preferred cross-device social, display and video partner.
  • Consistently grows revenue quarter over quarter.
  • Meet or exceeds quarterly revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Brand Networks business lead on a target list of Agency and brand direct accounts in order to drive client success by leveraging Brand Networks portfolio of services.
  • Works with the sales manager on strategy and to develop the overall customer proposition for their accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure growth and achievement of revenue objectives.
  • Align with key channel partners to leverage customer success stories to win new customers and drive revenue.
  • Drive strategic marketing conversations with marketers and agencies to define objectives and provide recommendations.
  • Develop a constant pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Create customized, solution-oriented presentations and product demonstrations that align Brand Networks value proposition with customer-specific marketing objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers (vertical, professional services, technology, media, etc.) to grow revenue across product and service portfolio.
  • Identify industry best practices and scale them across all customers.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social or digital technology with a proven track record of client engagement skills including prospecting, relationship-building.
  • A strong knowledge base of the cross-device marketplace, competition, and emerging trends.
  • Consultative sales experience with the ability to strategically position BN in the greater context of a Brand’s larger marketing and advertising investment.
  • Leadership credibility and ability to work in small teams with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in matrix organizations.
  • Good sense of humor and a team player.
