Cadre is an innovative real estate investment platform dedicated to delivering a unique and better experience to our investors. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team. This individual will be responsible for a variety of critical functions relating to existing and prospective investors.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Responsible for converting investor leads through phone calls as well as email outreach
  • Vet new investor access requests
  • Respond to general investor inquiries as deal specific emails
  • Create agendas for Investor meetings and conferences
  • Oversee and execute investor outreach activities such as investor meetings and webinars for new deals
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new sources of capital, with an initial focus on family office, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, and ultra high net worth individuals
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Senior Management with prospective investors and manage follow-up
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve investor relations functions
  • Work with product and engineering team’s to develop Cadre investor workflow process, systems and collaborative tools
  • Understand marketing funnel and work to optimize lead generation
  • Work with acquisitions team to facilitate sharing of investor intelligence and feedback


WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry background with some client-facing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • FINRA Series SIE, S82, S63 preferred
  • Ability to make a high volume of phone calls on a daily basis
  • Maturity and poise under pressure
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Eager to collaborate and work across all teams
  • Highly organized, able to manage and synthesize large amounts of information
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills: ability to rapidly adapt to shifting priorities and operate effectively in a time-sensitive environment
  • Willingness to travel (limited initially, may increase over time)
