About the opportunity:
We are rapidly expanding and looking for highly motivated, sales people who are able to work remotely, make connections with customers and build long-lasting relationships.

What will you do at Northspyre?
*Train to become very knowledgeable about real estate projects and how they are delivered.
*Help real estate project teams across the country leverage sophisticated technologies like automation and proactive intelligence to solve friction points and problems in their current workflows.
*Research, prospect and contact potential customers via emails and phone calls.
*Manage the entire sales cycle via calls, web-demos and occasionally in-person meetings.
*Accurately manage activities, pipeline and your portfolio of clients within CRM system.
*Reach and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
*You’ll be driving real revenue with a real stake and equity in a fast growing firm where your growth and success matter.
Qualifications:
*You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
*High emotional intelligence and are able to read the emotions of others effectively.
*Results and detail-oriented.
*Ability to build rapport with clients.
*Not afraid to make cold calls and speak to unfamiliar people on a daily basis.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Desire and passion to be the best at what you do.
We are looking for motivated graduates who have studied engineering, math, business, communications, or similar areas from top 100 colleges and universities.
Bachelor's degree, GPA higher than 3.0
Training for 60 days is fully paid. Please only apply if you are a high-performer and you are willing to work hard (8 to 11 hours per day) to earn more than the industry average. You’ll be expected to conduct full cycle sales - that includes the entire process of identifying qualified accounts to closing deals. There is a base salary, a large commission component, and an equity incentive piece. Account Executive role has target earnings of $85-110k/year.
