A top NYC proptech seeks Jr, Mid and Sr Account Executives to join their rapidly growing startup. This organization is successful and stable  and a good place to work during a global pandemic!

With ambitious growth targets, we seek an experienced, highly motivated sales executive to drive innovation and develop strategic partnerships, representing the brand as we scale. To attract top talent, we offers some of the best salary packages in town. 2 day/week remote is possible, more during our time of corona.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, attracting, negotiating and launching relationships with a variety of landlords, property managers and leasing agent.
  • Manage full life cycle, from initial outreach, through on-boarding to relationship management.
  • Focus on providing an outstanding sales experience to potential partners, effectively communicating our vision and platform, and building a greater network within the industry.
  • Being an ongoing thought partner for agencies, partners, and suppliers by leading on strategic initiatives and high-level planning.
  • Identify marketing, event and networking opportunities to attend/sponsor or speak at.
  • Be able to deliver a perfect elevator pitch over the phone and in-person as well as writing carefully crafted emails.
  • Effectively collaborate remotely between the account management, business development, and tech/product teams
  • Account manage existing relationships in the State, optimizing our partnerships and identifying future opportunities
  • Recognize and secure new potential partners in line with our vision and business objectives, proactively approaching them to start the conversation
  • Identify and unlock new potential channels, products or revenue streams through the market and partnership mapping, growth activity utilizing your industry expertise

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience (varies depending if you're a Jr/Mid/Sr sales executive) in data or tech sales, ideally closing large enterprise deals 
  • You love the thrill of discovering what makes potential customers tick and communicating how our product can support them
  • Excited about the idea of working autonomously to contribute to the growth of a fast-scaling startup
  • A scrappy, hands-on attitude
  • You are driven to become a subject matter expert on our value proposition
  • Experienced in developing strong relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Interested and up-to-speed on sales (and up-selling) methods and tactics, with a focus on long term relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships
  • A confident influencer, you’ll be an advocate of using data and insights to support recommendations and get partners on board
