The Wholesale Account Executive will be the focused on overseeing the development and growth of the Amazon business as well as other E-commerce Partners. The Account Executive will have experience managing Amazon businesses through Vendor Central. Familiarity with all aspects of account management including product knowledge, planning and allocation, EDI, co-op marketing, product delivery cadence and e-comm advertising.

When you're not catching zzz's here's what you'll do...

  • Oversee execution and management of Amazon business on Vendor Central; including day-to-day functionality, troubleshooting and resolving issues that impact business performance
  • Maintain data integrity across Amazon channels and systems
  • Continually optimize product listings, brand store, and enhanced content and update when new products are added
  • Manage Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons, review deal strategies
  • Identify 3P resellers on account listings who are in violation of MAP. Work cross functionally with the retail team and distributors to contact resellers and notify of policy.
  • Partner with planning team to build and revise projections, identify risk and upside opportunity and roll accounts into global annual and demand plans
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual updates.
  • Partner with Commercial Marketing team to develop appropriate creative assets and messaging compliant with brand guidelines and Amazon standards
  • Monitor, analyze and report on Advertising Performance and ROAS metrics on a regular basis
  • Participate in weekly commercial business review meeting as key stakeholder
  • Identify, react and create new opportunities to drive business with an account
  • Develop strong relationships with Amazon vendor managers, partners and external agencies
  • Represent the Casper brand and core values
  • Report to the Sales Manager, based in New York

Our dream candidate has..

  • Three years minimal experience at Account Executive level working for a known brand conducting business on Amazon through Vendor Central
  • Expert working with Amazon Vendor Central or/and Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience working with data driven marketing and driving profitable revenue growth through Amazon Advertising
  • Ability to prepare sales reports that highlight wins as well as risks to our overall business
  • Excellent excel and associated skills and use of all Microsoft Suite and Google programs
  • Excellent communication skills including but not limited to keeping both direct and functional superiors apprised of all relevant daily account updates
  • Ability to communicate cross functionally with all internal partners including finance, legal, marketing, logistics, tech, operations, merchandising, retail and experience
  • Believes in the Casper Brand and culture and the relevance of a good night’s sleep
  • BA in business, finance or liberal arts
