About the team & Opportunity: 

The Mental Health Network Management Team is responsible for managing a high-performing network of mental health care options to meet the needs of patients and populations across all markets. The team will develop strong working relationships with mental health providers, agencies, systems and vendors to ensure optimal utilization of Quartet’s software in order to receive new patient referrals and collaborate with referring providers on treatment plans. The Mental Health Network Management Team sits within the Clinical Operations team. The Clinical Operations team supports patients getting access to the mental healthcare that is right for them through direct patient support and through the development of a robust mental health network.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the long-term relationship manager for mental health organizations that have completed implementation and launched their partnership with Quartet.  Using our software, these organizations receive new patient referrals and clinically collaborate with referring providers.
  • Drive ongoing utilization of Quartet’s technology and services for a defined book of business including mental health clinics owned by health systems, multi-location mental health entities, individual mental health clinicians, and digital health treatment providers.
  • Represent Quartet and drive engagement through mostly virtual meetings. Conduct some in-person visits to large and/or strategic practices when Quartet deems it is safe to resume in person travel
  • Achieve target goals for practice performance outcomes within assigned books of business by:
    • Using data and analytics to identify overall trends, pinpoint lagging performance, and prioritize focus areas
    • Implementing solutions derived from the above analysis that drive engagement and build trust
  • Successfully demonstrate Quartet’s value and mission to leadership, staff, and clinicians at partner mental health organizations by:
    • Maintaining meaningful, value-additive long term relationships with key stakeholders
    • Recognizing and solving operational barriers or personal hesitations that impede practice performance
    • Partnering with stakeholders to continually revise workflows and train staff to incorporate the Quartet technology into their daily activities
  • Deepen relationships with existing users through best practice education, referral update reports, pilot programs, research studies, and additional Quartet offerings as they are developed 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, pilot programs, support high-risk patient workstreams, and work on other projects as they come up
  • A successful account manager is passionate about mental healthcare and works with a lot of grit, has excellent time-management and problem-solving skills, is a driven self-starter who can execute on initiatives with little direction, and approaches their work with creativity and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
  • Two or more years of experience working in a mental healthcare agency or in account management where the primary focus of the role was to build meaningful partnerships
  • A passion for expanding access to mental healthcare services
  • Critical core competencies include:  Excellent communication skills,  strong problem solving skills, highly organized, effective at time management, adept at navigating technical software
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented 
  • Remote role with willingness to travel to large practice accounts within regional proximity 25-50% of the time when Quartet deems travel is safe again.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in conducting product demos of a technology platform and developing sales presentations (in both a virtual and in-person environment) 
  • Experience working within a CRM system such as Salesforce
  • Experience selling or representing software as a service (SAAS)
  • Experience selling or supporting healthcare providers
  • Experience working on mental health related projects
  • Flexible, adaptable, open to the rapid changes inevitable in a high-growth company
