What's Clyde - Clyde is an end-to-end product protection platform that is re-thinking the way retailers increase loyalty and drive revenue, and the way customers manage their purchases. We are tackling the $50B per year extended warranty market and becoming the de facto solution in the space by leveraging an intense focus on product, design, and customer experience. Clyde delivers product protection plans directly to consumers as they shop, owning the relationship from purchase to claim submission to resolution. We know that the relationship between retailers and their customers is far from over after checkout, so we’re building products to deliver value at every stage of this relationship.

As an Account Manager of Merchant Success, Mid-Market at Clyde, you will drive Clyde’s future growth engine by building relationships with our most critical merchants and turning them into delighted and enriched Clyde partners. In this position, you will oversee a portfolio of Mid-Market merchants, develop relationships, identify their unique needs and challenges, and drive the adoption of the Clyde solution.

  • Here for the merchant - always looking out for them and excited to provide white-glove-service
  • Extremely organized and have the ability to prioritize myriad merchant requests and work streams while delivering high quality and timely support
  • Able to operate in a highly ambiguous environment and help create scalable processes and structure
  • Curious about everything and ask why we do things and dig in to find the best solutions and answers
  • Able to speak to technical documentation and guide merchants through Clyde’s docs

Requirements

An opportunity to...

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at companies within your portfolio, focusing on upsells, retention and renewals
  • Serve as a proactive, trusted advisor to deeply understand your merchants and their needs
  • Assist with the onboarding process to help drive merchants from signed contract to launch
  • Build and conduct Optimization Plans and Business Reviews to help merchants achieve maximum value from Clyde’s platform, present product roadmap, collect feedback and help ensure customer joy
  • Identify and execute on expansion opportunities including new features, international and additional websites
  • Partner with the engineering, product, enablement, sales, and technical support teams to ensure positive merchant outcomes
  • Create Clyde advocates who provide case studies and references to help grow the company
  • Be part of small but fast-growing team - help identify opportunities to create new and better processes that allow us to scale
