An Insider's view of PitchBook Data

What’s the vibe like in the office?

"Make it Fun" is one of our core values and it is fully embraced in the NYC office–we work hard but like to have a good time too. Everyone is focused and dedicated to the task at hand, but we recognize the importance of recharging by playing a colleague in ping pong or shuffleboard, taking a trip down the slide, or hitting the golf simulator.

The team that I manage is built for career growth. When I describe the role, I explain that 50% is their daily duties, and the other 50% is to continue their own professional development. I always preach that intellectual curiosity and personal accountability will lead to exponential career growth. So far, that has proven to be the case!
