As an Account Manager for Investment Products, you will develop and maintain relationships with customers in our high value segments who are using Alt’s Investment Products, which are tools and services that allow customers to scale their investments in alternative assets to the next level, including fund creation and managed accounts. You will scale this business by developing systems and processes to drive continued customer growth. As you listen to and learn from our customers, you will work cross functionally to feed the learnings back into the product and to attract new customers.The impact you will make:
- Manage, nurture, and expand relationships with highest value customers as they use Alt’s investment products across the full lifecycle of sale, onboarding, upsell, and renewal
- Take ownership of the overall strategic vision of Alt’s investment products, inclusive of developing systems and processes for existing products while identifying new opportunities
- Develop a deep experience in our products, the alternative asset space, and the ability to advise clients on decisions and next steps
- Develop processes that drive adoption and success and scale them as we grow
- 5-7 years experience in a customer facing role focused in financial services
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and solving complex customer problems
- Experience and passion for building strong business relationships
- Strategic thinker and motivated self-starter - you don’t hesitate to identify problems, find solutions, and take ownership of execution to drive to a result
- Organized with strong attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple high priority tasks at once
- Energized about doing something for the first time and learning from the experience in order to build processes that can scale
- Demonstrated growth mindset - you seek feedback and strive for continuous improvement, both in your own professional development and for our customers
- Bonus points if are passionate about investing and are familiar with alternative assets (crypto, NFTs, etc) & have industry relationships that you can tap into day 1 to hit the ground running
