Your team:

The Customer Experience team gets to live Ribbon’s mission of making homeownership achievable. As an Account Manager, you'll help grow the business by providing an incredible customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their sales career on the ground floor of an innovative fintech company. You’ll work on a fast-paced, tenacious team with colleagues who thrive as a unit. 

How you’ll make homeownership achievable:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Ribbon’s customers
  • Maintain and grow a personal database of customers to work and convert in the future
  • Facilitate the buying and selling process to ensure simplicity and certainty
  • Provide superior customer experience through outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Conduct discovery appointments scheduled by our Customer Service team
  • Explain Ribbon’s services and answer questions from potential customers
  • Meet or exceed sales quota every month 
  • Represent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and mission 

About you: 

  • RE knowledge, experience, or license required
  • 1+ years B2C sales experience
  • 1+ years phone sales experience
  • Ability to speak with all parties to the real estate transaction and ask intelligent questions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Genuine customer empathy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Working in a fast-changing environment as part of an early-stage startup excites you
  • Must be highly self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Possess a thirst for knowledge and growth
  • Have a sense of urgency and persistence
  • Agile! We are a growing company that moves and reacts quickly
