What we are looking for:

As an Account Manager for Alt’s Private Client division, you will develop and maintain relationships with customers in our high-value segments and ensure they have a great customer experience. You will be focusing on metrics such as loyalty, retention, AUM, and product penetration. In this position you will help scale the business by testing new methods and developing systems and processes to drive continued customer growth. As you listen to and learn from our customers, you will work cross-functionally to feed the learnings back into the product and to attract new customers.

The impact you will make:

  • Manage, nurture, and expand relationships with high value customers as they use Alt’s investment products across the full lifecycle of sale, onboarding, upsell, and renewal
  • Develop a deep expertise in our products, the alternative asset space, and the ability to advise clients on decisions and next steps
  • Develop processes that drive adoption and success and scale them as we grow

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years experience in a customer facing role focused in financial services
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and solving complex customer problems
  • Experience and passion for building strong business relationships
  • Strategic thinker and motivated self-starter - you don’t hesitate to identify problems, find solutions, and take ownership of execution to drive to a results
  • Organized with strong attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple high priority tasks at once
  • Energized when doing something for the first time and learning from the experience in order to build processes that can scale
  • Demonstrated growth mindset - you seek feedback and strive for continuous improvement
  • Bonus points if you are passionate about investing and are familiar with alternative assets (crypto, NFTs, etc)
  • Bonus points if you have industry relationships that you can tap into day 1 to hit the ground running
