Beeswax, named one of Business Insider’s “hottest pre-IPO ad tech startups of 2016,” is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to help us onboard, integrate, and manage the most innovative and tech-savvy media buyers in the industry. Beeswax created the Bidder-as-a-Service™ concept because we believe that every buyer should have the power and flexibility of a custom bidder, so come join the team and help us take our customers into the next generation of Real-Time Bidding.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will work closely with our sales and implementation teams to onboard new customers and get them to steady-state, and then own the relationship from there onwards, including strategic planning, renewals, and upsells. As our product is true enterprise infrastructure, you will be expected manage client relationships across a variety of customer stakeholders, including the C-suite, and bring a consultative mindset to the role.

You will work very closely with Beeswax’s engineering, product, and technical account management teams to provide market feedback and customer requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring client expectations are managed appropriately as we grow our partnerships and co-develop solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, passionate about technology and digital media and is looking to accelerate their career at a rapidly growing organization. You'll also help in shaping the culture of our newly formed San Francisco office. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Own partnerships with ramping and steady-state clients
  • Closely collaborate with sales, implementation, and technical account management to ensure new clients successfully onboard
  • Drive product adoption, upsells, and renewals through a deep understanding of client needs and consultative execution
  • Plan and host strategic planning sessions with clients’ senior leadership and day-to-day operators to garner feedback and drive organizational alignment
  • Plan and host sales enablement sessions with clients to ensure their go-to-market teams are able to fully leverage the benefits of the Beeswax platform
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and UI demos, and be able to effectively explain Beeswax’s unique market positioning and customer advantages
  • Become a product and domain expert in real-time bidding and digital advertising
  • Become a product expert on the Beeswax platform, including our unique API’s
  • Scale our Account Management organization by helping build our client processes and strategies

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of customer-facing experience in AdTech
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to interface and build relationships with junior operators up to c-suite executives
  • A strong learning curve, with the ability to understand a customer’s needs on both the business and technical sides
  • A passion for customer success and track record of happy, growing customers
  • Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a true enterprise relationship
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to wear many hats and a strong desire to build something great
