About the role:

Q is looking for a new Account Manager to join our growing New York team. You will be the face of Q, leading value creation for our clients and continuing our journey to develop an incredibly strong brand.

About you:

  • You have strong communication skills
  • You are personable, assertive, and confident
  • You can offer clients unique solutions and ideas for their business
  • You can identify a client’s needs by asking the right questions
  • You are comfortable discussing budget and pricing
  • You are organized, thrive in ambiguity, and persevere

Responsibilities:

  • Build a trusted relationship with clients
  • Understand Q’s service offerings inside and out
  • Identify opportunities to grow each account
  • Own the success and health of your book of business
  • Advocate customer needs internally to improve Q’s product

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of client-facing work experience (B2B or similar experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling to new and/or existing clients
  • Experience working in a high growth & fast paced environment
  • Salesforce proficiency a plus
