As an Honest Buildings Account Manager, you will be responsible for closing upsells and cross-sell opportunities within a defined list of accounts while achieving quarterly and annual ARR targets. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, demoing, negotiating and closing.

The ideal candidate is extremely organized, a relationship builder and project manager. You will partner with Customer Success Managers to proactively identify areas of opportunity for growth within their current book of business. Then collaborate closely with Product and Customer Experience team to conduct demos of new and existing products resulting in upsells.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate expansion opportunities (upsells and cross-sells) while delivering on quarterly and annual targets within assigned accounts
  • Be creative in identifying opportunities for the customer to expand their Honest Buildings investment, both within their existing products and from new ones
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Honest Buildings solutions and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Build strong relationships with multiple customer executives at different levels and departments of the customer organization
  • Proactively identify and develop comprehensive strategies for customer risk and opportunity signals
  • Conduct regular business reviews (both virtual and onsite) with customers to identify areas for expansion within the account
  • Proactively lead a joint department-strategic account planning process
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and demo, to closing
  • Be an expert in our brand and communicate our value proposition to prospects, including C-level executives both in person and over the phone
  • Accurately manage activities, pipeline and forecast within CRM system (Salesforce.com)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 -5 years of SaaS Sales or Account Management experience
  • History of exceeding sales quotas within an existing book of business
  • History of closing >$150K deals on a regular basis
  • Experience navigating a wide-range of complex contracts & legal discussions
  • Ability to rapidly develop and deliver creative business solutions for complex business problems
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to establish credibility with C-level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and maintain relationships with different levels throughout an organization
  • Exceptional relationship management skills
