We are hiring a Manager of Client Success, who will be responsible for relationship management of HealthKick's current and new customer accounts.

You will be responsible for the oversight of current client relationships and the implementation of new relationships from the point of sale through onboarding, ongoing engagement, renewals and pursue upsell opportunities to grow the relationship.

Our mission is to turn our customers and end users into HealthKick evangelists; achieve exceptional employee engagement levels, and help our clients with wellness program design to meet the needs of their employees while delivering ROI.

The Manager of Client Success will work closely with our Enterprise Sales team, Marketing team and Brand Partnerships team to create a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing account management for our customers and their employees that is high-touch and customized to the needs of each of our clients.

As the primary point of contact with our clients, you will also be responsible for helping to drive product development, partnerships and implementations by providing customer insights to inform our strategy.
