We’re looking for an exceptional Account Manager, based in New York, to join our <intent> target team and help drive the next phase of growth. You will be responsible for ensuring our strategic partners derive maximum value from our predictive intelligence platform.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You’ll contribute in lots of high-impact ways — from directly managing partner campaigns, to providing strategic insight to those partners, to helping to scale our <intent> target product and processes to support rapid expansion. We’re growing fast and looking for someone who wants to grow with us: This job is perfect for an account services professional with strong performance advertising chops within Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other top-tier ad networks or campaign management platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a critical, cross-functional role and directly drive product success with our most strategic partners.

What You Will Do:

  • Work collaboratively internally and externally to drive revenue growth through high quality consultative support to our growing partner base
  • Collaborate closely with <intent>’s optimization managers to suggest test concepts and prioritization across SEM, Display, Retargeting, and Prospecting campaigns
  • Provide ongoing reporting and communicate results and insights to all stakeholders both internal and external
  • Build strong relationships with partners (including many of the world’s leading travel companies) across all markets, including North America, Europe, APAC, and LATAM
  • Pitch upsell opportunities to key partners based on data-driven insights to drive multi-layered partnerships
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to increase the efficiency of the <intent> target team workflow 

About You:

  • 3-5 years in online performance marketing – preferably at a leading search engine, comparison shopping engine, SEM/digital agency, ad network or retargeting company
  • Deep knowledge of search marketing and/or auction-based display advertising
  • Ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks for multiple clients while simultaneously driving improvements to account management workflow and performance efficiency
  • Knowledge of Excel and other spreadsheet applications to analyze data and produce reports for partners
  • Exceptional writing and communications skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a top-tier university
  • Previous sales experience preferred
