We're looking for an Administrative Business Partner for our NYC Sales and Office Lead. You’ll manage a busy schedule, plan and execute complex travel itineraries, maintain great relationships both internally and externally and you’ll need to be an amazing communicator who’s passionate about details. You’ll also have experience and a passion as a team player. 

What you’ll do:

• Manage and drive multiple projects and priorities at once, including offsites and events
• Provide full-service support, including manage busy a calendar and extensive travel schedule, team meeting attendance, AI tracking and follow up, and help develop remote office culture 
• Handle confidential information with integrity
• Help us build great relationships both inside and outside Pinterest

What we’re looking for: 

• Proficient in Google Suite and Keynote
• 5+ years administrative experience 
• Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal skills and proven experience working with busy execs
• Ability to move quickly, make confident decisions and independently manage work
• Start-up background or experience working in a hyper-growth environment
