Analyst, Sales Operations
The Role

The Analyst, Sales Operations primary goal is to support Cedar’s commercial teams during sales, implementation, and upselling processes by developing materials and product demos to educate and engage prospective clients on topics including revenue cycle, patient experience, financial return on investment, product workflows, and technology details. The Analyst, Sales Operations will have the opportunity to work with internal partners to deeply understand our prospective client's specific problems to collaboratively drive Cedar’s business growth!
This is a role that requires tight process management, and high efficiency. Given our growing client base, the ideal candidate must be comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare presentations and product demos for current and prospective Cedar clients
- Assist in the development of materials to help transition new clients from commercial to implementation processes
- Collaborate with Cedar’s Product, Engineering, Design, and Implementation teams to iterate on client-facing materials and demos
- Provide support in regards to new product offerings through market research
- Respond to prospect RFIs/RFPs to win new business
- Maintain a culture that adheres to Cedar’s values of focusing on our vision, using good judgement, staying positive, and disallowing mediocrity
Skills & Experience
- Relevant software or healthcare experience
- Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Passionate about Cedar’s mission of improving the healthcare finance experience
- Eligible to work in the United States
