What you will be doing
As an Associate Account Manager you will partner with a Senior Account Manager to enable employers to bring unparalleled access to health care services using Eden’s offerings. You will bring a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, an analytical approach to problem solving, and client management and organizational skills to help transform how primary care is delivered in the U.S. This role is remote.
What success looks like
- Support Eden’s strategic approach to partnerships with employers by maintaining a high-level of customer engagement and satisfaction, and facilitating account growth
- Participate in and/or lead potion of the client implementation and onboarding process
- Manage monthly and quarterly account reporting, ensuring accuracy of data and working with the senior Account Manager to develop data-driven strategic insights
- Assist in project managing contracting for renewals, upsells and contract amendments
- Facilitate day-to-day cross-functional coordination of customer activities, including but not limited to roster management, meeting coordination, COVID case management, ad-hoc customer requests, and internal deliverables
- Assist addressing customer risks internally based on engagement trends and member feedback
- Act as the voice of the customer across internal teams (product, clinical, operations, sales, finance) as a key influencer of go-to-market strategy
- Partner with Marketing to coordinate customer communications, ensuring consistent and accurate language across all communications
- Help identify common strategic team roadblocks and propose solutions for better team efficiency
What you will bring
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, operations and/or consulting
- Keen attention to detail
- Passion for healthcare and virtual care
- Strong interpersonal and verbal, written, and presentation skills, ability to communicate clearly and persuade, and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Comfort with ambiguity and working cross-functionally to achieve team goals
