The Role: 

As an Associate Alliance Customer Success Manager you will be a trusted advisor to our educational agency partners by anticipating where they might want to go next and providing proactive support and service. You will work with educational agencies at the state, national, or international level and will coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to successfully exceed the agency’s expectations. You will also work to retain and grow the book of business covered by each partnership. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you’ll be a key member of our Customer Success team and will work closely with members of our Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Why We’ll Love You:

With 3+ years of experience in managing clients through new business, account management, or customer success roles, you have demonstrated success onboarding, managing, and presenting to clients. You’ve worked in SaaS and/or EdTech, and have experience leveraging Salesforce in your day-to-day management of a book of business,  and you have a deep understanding of the customer journey.  You’re highly collaborative and have partnered with sellers and/or professional services team members to get clients what they need. While not required, experience teaching, working in the education industry, or working with pilots is a plus.
