About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the execution of Click’s partnership strategy. Together with the cross-functional team, you will establish and execute on a vision that maximizes the potential of our partnerships, and in doing so, will seek to address the unmet needs of patients worldwide. The Associate will support development of end-to-end implementation plans and collaborate with functional area leaders internally to progress collaboration programs and initiatives, while monitoring performance of the partnership and ensuring all of our obligations are met in a consistent, high quality, professional and timely manner. This will require strategic relationship management, effective program management, creative problem solving, and thorough diligence. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Alliance Manager to define and realize product vision, goals and objectives
• Efficiently operationalize project plan by driving partnership timelines, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high quality outputs
• Drive internal workstreams by organizing, participating, and representing alliance in workstream meetings
• Align internal and external colleagues by leading deliverable development for partnership meetings and leadership meetings
• Leverage partnership understanding to prioritize activities based on business impact, inform activities based on partnership strategy, and communicate outputs across team
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies to ensure timelines are met, and positive relationships are strengthened
• Serve as an “internal expert” on partner company and partnership contract
• Support evaluation of business development opportunities, which align with portfolio strategy, to expand partnership

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year degree program from a top-tier university with a strong academic track record
• 1-2 years of business development, alliance management or program management experience in life sciences
• Flexible in collaborating cross-functionally, both internally and externally, to achieve business results
• Efficient in self-managing deadlines, prioritizing assignments, and delivering outputs with high attention to detail
• Proactive with self-driven motivation and high capacity for learning quickly
• Adaptable in dynamic atmosphere of changing requirements and scope
• Analytical aptitude in independently driving qualitative and quantitative research
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a lean or startup environment
• Experience in digital therapeutics or traditional pharmacotherapy
