We are looking for a passionate Associate Customer Success Engineer to support our team and help drive value for our customers through adoption of the nTopology platform. This role will be critical in helping our customers achieve success by creatively leveraging nTopology platform solutions to address complex challenges. This role will work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, Sales Reps, Application Engineers, Product, etc. to help drive the voice of the customer into everything we do at nTopology. 

This role reports to the Director of Customer Success.

What You'll Do

  • This role will be primarily focused on and responsible for onboarding nTopology customers, including managing platform training sessions, application (use case) workshops, personalized sessions, etc.
  • Be an integral part of executing against and optimizing the team’s TTFV (time to first value) and product usage/adoption KPIs. 
  • Help drive retention and growth among our customers by understanding their business and technical needs and helping them achieve their desired business outcomes. 
  • Leverage tools and automation in order to track and manage customers’ onboarding experiences.
  • Ensure that feedback from customers during the onboarding stage are tracked in order to support the Director of Customer Success in improving customer experiences. 
  • Help recommend and create content and material to enable successful adoption and usage of nTop Platform based on customer needs. 
  • Work with customers directly for hands on application development in the software.
  • Marshall resources across nTopology as needed to support customer needs.

Who You Are:

  • B.A. or B.S. required; STEM degree such as mechanical engineering preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a customer success/support capacity
  • Customer-focused, enthusiastic, positive and service oriented attitude with a strong understanding of engineering software or experience in a technical environment and experience working with large enterprise customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented.
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment where we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic setting.

It's a Plus If You Also Got These:

  • Engineering and CAD software such as Solidworks, Catia, Abaqus, Ansys, Matlab, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. Experience with Excel preferred.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with Jira, Trello, or Asana preferred but not required.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Presentation skills. 
  • Working knowledge of additive manufacturing and other advanced manufacturing techniques.
