General Summary:

As the media landscape continues to evolve and media consumption trends lean more and more heavily towards non-ad supported platforms, the ability to leverage partner brands with like-minded consumers as a vehicle to speak to our target audience in a way that drives relevance/recruitment for WW and value for both brands is critical. The U.S. Partnership Marketing Associate Manager supports the Director, U.S. Marketing with a dotted line into the VP, Global Brand, to develop best in class partnerships that deliver on the business KPIs for WW (specifically recruitment) and our valued partners spanning a variety of industries (retail, entertainment, QSR and more).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop partner relevant and breakthrough strategy and subsequent creative development and implementation across all available partner channels to extract the most value and ultimately drive recruitment
  • Protect the WW within all partners environments while also remaining acutely aware of the consumer mindset when they engage with the partner's brand/service offering to develop messaging that will be accepted and perceived as a value vs rejected to drive WW consideration and ultimately conversion
  • Serve as the main WW point of contact for the partners' marketing teams and be able to manage multiple partners at once while always being accessible during critical partner evolution or expansion periods
  • Availability to travel to experience analog and in-situ partnership expressions to ensure the WW brand is being presented in the most appropriate and aspirational manner
  • Define and align on WW (with a focus on subscription signups) and partner brand KPIs as well as measurement methodology and cadence and report to Director and Sr Management at an agreed upon cadence
  • Roadmap all partner communications with an eye for consistent omni-partner/omnichannel messaging in the market
  • Opportunity to identify and inform marketing partnership strategy with like-minded brands or brand audiences for co-marketing initiatives
  • Develop high-level partnership summary documents to share with WW Sr. Management and the executive committee as needed
  • Manage a partner experiential agency to develop the activation-based components of the partnership as well as manage the production of all elements

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and G-Suite tools
  • Experiential/Event experience a plus
  • Extremely strategic and creative with a passion for the WW purpose
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Hungry to provide value, learn and overdeliver
  • Solution oriented with the ability to anticipate needs for the team and organization
  • A fantastic project manager who stays organized maintains a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and executes numerous projects simultaneously, keeping pace in a quickly moving department
  • Excellent communication skills; extraordinary attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills; self-starter; shows initiative
  • Strong work ethic with a dedication to excellence
  • Team player, willing to jump in and out of multiple assignments as needed
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, internal and external
