The Associate Salesforce.com Administrator / Analyst supports the Amplify Salesforce.com platform and related systems. This person is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, working closely with business partners, development teams, and technical resources to make sure the platform meets the organization's needs.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage Level 1 support requests for Salesforce users managing general support issues.
  • User Management and product support for main SFDC objects (Account, Opportunity, Case, Lead, Contact)
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleanup on objects and attributes
  • Partner with the application development team to translate business requirements into solutions.
  • Manage SFDC system changes track application changes
  • Keep up to date with the latest releases and capabilities of applications such as Salesforce Sales and service clouds, Salesforce CPQ, and related systems
  • Creates user-specific documents and support materials.
  • Basic Data governance (Account and contact management etc.)
  • Ability to contribute effectively within a fast-paced, fluid environment.


Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a Salesforce environment (Sales and Service Cloud)
  • Minimum of 1-year experience building Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce
  • Experience working in Agile development environments required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with a broad audience: IT, development, product management, operations, account support, vendors/partners, customers, and management.
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or technology/equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel,
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.


Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce administration experience or related CRM certifications
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, FSL, or related system
  • Experience with building flows and triggers.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to debug and test user-reported issues
  • Excellent communicator with solid partner management skills.
  • Capable of working with a mix of in-person, remote, and offshore team members.
  • Ability to contribute effectively within a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Ability to work across several lines of business to achieve long-term organizational goals.
